Sandwich Paper Squishy Template, Triangle with Lettuce
This sandwich paper squishy template is a triangle sandwich with green lettuce and a red tomato peeking out at the bottom, free to print. All three sides are almost straight. For small kids it's one of the easiest shapes we have.
Quick answer
Print at 100 % and colour the lettuce green and the tomato red. Tape both halves, cut out along the grey border and tape them back to back. Stuff it softly. Keep little siblings under three away from it, and let an adult do the cutting.

A triangle sandwich with filling
A sandwich triangle is a lunchbox classic. We drew it with soft bread and a wavy line of filling at the bottom.

The crust is a light golden band around a pale slice. At the bottom a green wave of lettuce sits on a thin red tomato stripe. The face is in the middle of the bread.
The corners are rounded just enough to keep the tape from lifting. Small hands manage this one well.

How to make the sandwich
- Print at actual size and colour the crust golden, the lettuce green and the tomato red.
- Tape both triangles, grey edge included, and cut along the outer line.
- Put them back to back and tape two sides.
- Stuff through the third side, then tape it closed.
Give it a test squeeze while one side is still open. A pulling seam means too much filling. Our paper squishy guide shows every step. A toast and a burger are also in the template collection.
Bread squishies for the lunchbox
The thick toast squishy is 11 cm, according to the maker. The crunchy cucumber and the soft cheese wedge could be its filling.
