Boba Tea Paper Squishy Template, Bubble Tea Cup

Our boba tea paper squishy template is a cup of milk bubble tea with dark tapioca pearls at the bottom, a clear dome lid and a thick pink straw, free to print. The face is on the cup. It's tall and narrow, a lot like the real thing.

Quick answer

Print at 100 % and colour the pearls dark brown. Tape both cups, cut them out and join them back to back. Stuff the cup, keep the straw flat and close it. Not for children under three, and an adult cuts the straw.

Milk tea, pearls and a fat straw

Bubble tea cups are a favourite kawaii shape. Ours has the classic dome lid and a straw sticking out at an angle.

The tea is a soft milky beige with round pearls gathered at the bottom. The straw is thick, because thin straws are impossible to cut and stuff. On the back you see the cup and the pearls without a face.

That straw is the only fiddly part. Cut it with care.

How to make the boba tea squishy

  1. Print at 100 % and colour the tea beige, the pearls brown and the straw pink.
  2. Leave the lid pale so it looks clear.
  3. Tape both cups, then an adult cuts along the grey border round the straw.
  4. Put the cups back to back and tape the sides in short pieces.
  5. Stuff the cup through a gap at the bottom and close it.

Leave the straw and the lid without stuffing. Then the cup bulges like it's full of tea. Need more help? Our paper squishy guide walks through every step. An onigiri and a mochi are in the template collection.

Squishies with pearls and milk

The bubble cube has pearl balls inside and is 6 cm on each side. The milk block and the jumbo milk carton fit the drink theme.

FAQ

How big is the boba tea template?

The big cup is 5 x 10 cm and the small one 4 x 6 cm, straw included.

Can I make a different flavour?

Yes. Colour the tea pink for strawberry or green for matcha on the outline page.

Why is the straw so thick?

Thin parts tear when you tape and stuff them. A thick straw stays in one piece.
