Every parcel comes with tracking. Shipping costs:
- EU (except Italy): €7.90 per order, free from €39.90.
- Italy: €9.90 per order, free from €39.90.
- Australia: AUD 11, free from AUD 65.
- New Zealand: NZD 14, free from NZD 80.
How long does delivery take?
Your squishies ship from our partner warehouse. We usually pack your order within 1 to 3 business days. The parcel then needs about 6 to 12 business days. All in all, plan on about 7 to 15 business days from order to delivery. Sometimes the post is quicker. Before Christmas a parcel can also take a few days longer.
You get an email with your tracking link as soon as your order leaves the warehouse. In the first days the tracking often stays quiet while the parcel waits for its flight. That's normal.
Customs and taxes
EU: customs duties and import VAT are included in our prices. You pay nothing extra on delivery. This applies to parcels with a goods value of up to €150, which covers almost every order. If your order is worth more, please write to us before you buy.
Australia, New Zealand: orders up to AUD 1,000 or NZD 1,000 are free of customs duties and import taxes there. You pay nothing extra on delivery. If your order is worth more, please write to us before you buy.
Where we deliver
We deliver to every EU country except Cyprus, Malta and Romania. We also deliver to Australia and New Zealand.
We don't deliver to other countries at the moment. Checkout only accepts addresses in these countries.
In the EU you pay in euros. Outside the EU you pay in the local currency: AUD (Australia) and NZD (New Zealand). These prices are converted from our euro prices and rounded.
One order, one parcel
The squishies from one order usually travel together. Now and then we split a big order into two parcels and that doesn't cost you anything extra.
Gifts with bigger orders
From €23.90 a free mini squishy comes with your order. At €39.90 shipping is free. From €59.90 your gift is a mystery squishy, and from €79.90 you get a jumbo squishy plus a mystery squishy.
