Cupcake Paper Squishy Template with a Cherry
Our cupcake paper squishy template has a mint striped paper cup, three swirls of pink frosting and a red cherry on top, free to print. The cup carries the face. It's taller than it is wide, about 8 x 10 cm in the big size.
Quick answer
Print it at actual size. Colour the frosting and the cup, tape both halves and cut along the grey border. Stuff the frosting first and the cup after, then close it. Little ones under three shouldn't have it, and a grown-up cuts around the cherry.

Three swirls, one cherry
Cupcakes are one of the sweet shapes kids pick first. Ours stacks three frosting swirls into a soft tower.

Sprinkles sit on the pink frosting. The mint cup has stripes that run down to a narrower base, just like a real baking case. On the back you get the frosting and the stripes without a face.
The cherry is the only small bump. It's chunky on purpose, since thin stems tear.

Making the cupcake squishy
- Print the page at 100 % and colour the frosting pink and the stripes mint.
- Cover both halves with wide clear tape, grey edge included.
- Cut out round the outside of the grey border, slowly at the cherry.
- Put the halves back to back and tape round the frosting in short pieces.
- Leave the bottom of the cup open, push stuffing up into the swirls and the cherry, then fill the cup.
- Tape the bottom shut.
Frosting that looks puffy and a slimmer cup make the best cupcake. Every basic step is in our paper squishy guide. For a party, add the donut from the template collection.

FAQ
Can I make cupcakes for a birthday party?
Yes, the template is free for parties. Kids can colour the frosting in their favourite colour on the outline page.
Why do the frosting swirls go flat?
They didn't get enough stuffing. Use a pencil to push small bits up into each swirl before filling the cup.
What size is the cupcake?
Big: 8 x 10 cm. Small: 5 x 6 cm, about right for a party bag.
