Pretzel Paper Squishy Template, Soft Pretzel Knot
Our pretzel paper squishy template is a brown soft pretzel with the classic twisted knot and white salt crystals, free to print. The three holes in the knot are printed in a light colour. You don't cut them out, so the pretzel stays one solid piece.
Quick answer
Print at 100 % and colour the pretzel brown. Tape both halves, cut along the outer grey border only and tape them back to back. Stuff the knot gently. An adult cuts, and paper pretzels aren't for children under three.

A twisted knot with salt
A real pretzel would have three holes and thin arms. That doesn't work as a squishy, because thin parts tear when you stuff them.
So the holes are printed in light beige. The knot is a deep brown with white salt crystals sprinkled over it. The face sits right in the middle of the twist, and the back shows salt only.
The outline is one chunky shape. Cutting it is easy.

How to make the pretzel squishy
- Print at actual size and colour the knot brown. Leave the holes light.
- Dot the salt with white if you're on the outline page.
- Cover both halves with wide tape and cut along the outside of the grey border.
- Tape the halves back to back in short strips.
- Stuff the knot evenly through a gap at the bottom and close it.
