French Fries Paper Squishy Template in a Red Carton

Our fries paper squishy template shows golden French fries sticking out of a red carton, free to print. The face is on the carton. Fries are chunky here, not thin, so they don't tear when stuffed.

Quick answer

Print at 100 % and colour the carton red. Tape and cut out both halves, then join them back to back. Stuff the carton well and the fries lightly. An adult cuts between the fries, and it's not for children under three.

Fries in a red carton

Fries and a burger belong together. The carton has a curved top edge like a real fast food box, and the fries stand up behind it in a row of chunky sticks that are wide enough to hold a little stuffing each.

The fries poke up in different heights. Each one is wide and rounded at the tip. The back shows the carton without a face.

Cutting between the fries is fiddly. That's adult work.

How to make the fries squishy

  1. Print at 100 % and colour the fries golden and the carton red.
  2. Cover both halves with tape and press it down between the fries.
  3. An adult cuts along the grey border, slowly round each fry.
  4. Tape the halves back to back with short strips at the top.
  5. Stuff the carton through a gap at the bottom, then a pinch into each fry with a pencil.
  6. Close the bottom.

Fries need only a little stuffing each. Too much and the tape between them splits. Our paper squishy guide has tips for seams that split. The burger is in the template collection.

Why does the tape split between the fries?

Usually too much stuffing went into the fries. Patch the gap with a short piece and take some filling out.

Can little kids make the fries?

They can colour and stuff the carton. The cutting between the fries is a job for an adult.
