Watermelon Butter Box Template to Print and Fold
The watermelon butter box template turns our butter block into a slice of summer, with black seeds on the sides, free to print. It folds up to 30 x 30 x 110 mm. Pair it with the flat watermelon squishy for a summer table.
Quick answer
Print it unscaled and confirm the 1 cm square with a ruler. Cutting the net is adult work. Fold it, glue the tab and close the ends. Small paper parts make it unsuitable for kids under three.

A watermelon butter block
Watermelon is a summer favourite in our shop, so it got a butter box too.

Black seeds are scattered over the sides and the colours follow a watermelon. A small face sits on one side. It's the same net as the other butter boxes, only with summer colours, so if you've folded the pink or yellow one before, you already know every step.
Same net, new colours.

How to fold the watermelon box
- Print at actual size and measure the square on the legend.
- Cut the net out along the solid line and the short cuts at both tuck flaps.
- Fold mountain lines away and valley lines towards you.
- Glue the long tab inside the opposite edge and let it dry for a minute.
- At both ends tuck the dust flaps in, lower the lid and slide its flap inside.
All butter boxes share the same net, explained in our paper squishy templates guide. The flat watermelon squishy is in the template collection.
Watermelon squishies to squeeze
The watermelon squishy rises slowly. The rainbow butter is slow rising too.

FAQ
Is there a flat watermelon squishy?
Yes, a wedge with seeds and rind in our template collection.
Why is my tuck flap hard to push in?
The slits beside it weren't cut. Snip the short cuts next to the flap and it slides in.
Does it hold anything?
The ends open with the tuck flaps, so a small rolled note fits inside.
