Wide nano tape is how you get the big, chubby tape bubbles. It's the same clear double sided tape as our 3 cm roll, only 5 cm across, so every bubble comes out rounder.

How big is the roll?

It's 5 cm wide and 2 m long. That width is a little less than the short side of a bank card. The tape itself is 1 mm thick.

Width	5 cm (2 in)
Thickness	1 mm
Length	2 m
Type	clear, sticky on both sides

How do you blow a big nano tape bubble?

Fold a strip over a straw and press the edges together. Leave the middle alone so air can get in. Then trim the corners round, peel off the film and blow.

Stiff tape? A short blast of warm air from a hair dryer softens it. An adult does that part, and the cutting as well.

Work on baking paper or on the backing film you just peeled off. Nothing sticks to either, which saves the table.

3 cm or 5 cm?

The narrow roll makes small bubbles and gives you lots of strips for practice. The wide one is for the bubble you can really sink a thumb into. Neither lasts forever, so making the next one is part of the deal.

Straws and the narrow roll are in our DIY squishy supplies.

Not for children under 3, small parts can be swallowed. An adult does the cutting.
