Soft bumps all around the edge turn this cloud bun squishy into a little fair weather cloud for your desk. The golden top fades into a pale baked rim, like a flat bun fresh off the tray.

How big is the cloud bun?

It measures 8 × 6.5 cm and is about 3 cm thick. That's close to the size of a bank card, only much puffier. At about 20 g it weighs next to nothing.

Shape	cloud-shaped bun
Size	8 × 6.5 cm (3.1 × 2.6 in)
Thickness	about 3 cm (1.2 in)
Material	PU foam, slow rising
Weight	about 20 g

How slowly does the cloud rise?

Give it a deep squeeze and the PU foam keeps a soft dent that fades over a few seconds. Push one finger into each bump and see which one comes back first.

Where does a cloud bun fit in?

Next to a coffee cup it looks like a snack someone forgot to eat. Bakery collectors will want it beside the round buns and the long rolls. And it's so light that it adds nothing you'd notice to a parcel.

Foam drinks up water, so keep this one away from the tap. A damp cloth dabs off dust and the bun dries in the air afterwards. Don't leave it pressed flat for days.
