Strawberry Cake Paper Squishy Template, Shortcake Slice

Our strawberry cake paper squishy template is a slice of strawberry shortcake with golden sponge layers, white cream and strawberry halves inside, plus a whole strawberry on top, free to print. The face sits on the sponge. It's the fanciest slice in the collection.
Quick answer
Colour the berries red once the sheet is printed at 100 %. Tape both halves, cut along the grey border and put them back to back. Most of the filling belongs in the tall end. A grown-up cuts round the top strawberry. Toddlers under three shouldn't get hold of it.

A shortcake slice with strawberries
The strawberry cake joins the matcha slice in our sweet shapes. This one has a whole berry sitting on the cream.
Golden sponge and white cream alternate in layers. Red strawberry halves peek out of the middle cream layer. The back shows the layers without a face, and the berry on top is chunky enough that it doesn't tear when you push a little stuffing into it.
Cut slowly round the top berry.

How to make the strawberry cake
- Print at 100 % and colour the sponge golden, the strawberries red.
- Leave the cream white.
- Tape both slices and cut along the outside of the grey border.
- Tape the halves back to back along the bottom and the slanted side.
- Stuff from the tall end, a pinch into the berry, then close it.
