Our lilac butter box template is a pastel purple butter block with dots and a small face, free to print. It folds into a box of 30 x 30 x 110 mm. Of the four pastel boxes, it's the dreamiest.

Print at 100 % and confirm the 1 cm square. An adult cuts the net, then fold, glue the tab and tuck in the ends. It's not for children under three.

A pastel purple butter block
Lilac completes the pastel quartet. On a shelf it sits nicely next to mint and pink.
Soft purple sides carry small dots, and the face sits on one long side. The outline is the same as every butter box, so once you've folded one, the rest go quickly, and a whole set of four makes a pretty gift for someone who loves pastels.

How to fold the lilac box
- Print with scaling switched off and measure the small square.
- Cut along the solid outline and into the little slits at the tuck flaps.
- Crease all fold lines, mountain folds away and valley folds towards you.
- Glue the tab to the inside of the far side and let it set.
- Tuck the dust flaps in at each end, then close the lid and push its flap inside.

FAQ
What do the dash-dot and dashed lines mean?
Dash-dot lines fold away from you and dashed lines fold towards you. Solid lines are for cutting.
Is the box sturdy?
On card of 160 to 200 gsm it keeps its shape. Printer paper makes it floppy.
Can I make all four pastel colours?
Yes. Pink, yellow, mint and lilac each have their own page.
